When you walk long enough you can find lonely places. Yesterday I was walking around town with the intention of finding a job. I ended up were I usually do, with my head in the clouds. Walking down a street I usually never walk through I saw less and less people which was comforting to me. The street ended tuning left to a new street, I saw a small dirt path to the right out of the corner of my eye. That's when the wheels in my brain started turning. I thought "Hey! this might be a short cut and I'll be able to get down town faster!" I knew I was lying to myself, I knew it wasn't a shortcut. I thought again "Hummm, Fcuk it! Its exploring time." I felt like a kid again, I mean I know I'm still a kid at heart.......ahh anyway...Walking down the path I ended up in part of a creek all in concrete then I stumbled on to something Wonderful.
Gotta love street art. Walking through it was like a private art gallery. Reflecting on my thoughts again/head in the clouds I realized how much I enjoy being alone in lonely places. Though it would be nice to be alone with someone else. Now on to finding new Lonely Places. WORD To all the artist- Thanks for the gallery

ReplyDeletethis sounds like a place i know. its to bad these pieces of art always end up being painted over because some people actually enjoy looking at gray cement all day, every day. we need more graffiti in this world...
